Founded by Abdul Jamal, ClearCode Consulting helps education providers, fund managers and property owners unlock the potential of commercial and industrial property for education use, with a particular focus on Class 9B environments. Abdul brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including 9 years with a consultancy specialising in the education sector, including 4 years leading that business. That experience now underpins ClearCode Consulting’s focus on the repositioning, optimisation and delivery of education facilities.
His experience spans a wide range of education environments, including international colleges, independent schools, childcare centres, registered training organisations, community colleges, commercial cookery training facilities, and automotive and specialist training environments. ClearCode Consulting works at the intersection of property, compliance and education operations — helping clients make better decisions, reduce approval risk and create facilities that are practical, compliant and fit for purpose.

Meet Abdul Jamal
Abdul Jamal is a project manager with over 20 years of experience across commercial construction, client-side project management, building code compliance and exhibitions, with a strong focus on the education sector.
He was drawn to education property through the complexity of Class 9B approvals and the frustration many clients experienced navigating delays, paperwork and red tape. What began as a technical challenge quickly became a genuine passion for simplifying the process and helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
After nine years with a consultancy specialising in the education sector, including four years leading the business, Abdul developed deep expertise in approvals strategy, occupancy growth, cost savings and client-side project management.
Today, he works closely with education providers, fund managers, asset managers and property owners to unlock the value of underutilised commercial space and create practical, compliant property outcomes.
Known for his hands-on approach and approachable style, Abdul focuses on building strong, long-term relationships and helping clients navigate complex property decisions with confidence.
